Wow, am I happy. I received my boots today. I am blown away.

First, they are beautiful. I cannot get over the layers, colors, and sheen. The brown trim between the jet black boots and sole puts off a shadow effect. There’s really nothing like it.

Second, they are wicked comfortable. The ingenious cut and long laces allow the leather to wrap snuggly around my feet and ankles. The broad toe bed gives my piggies just enough space to allow them to comfortably splay. I feel like I should wear these jogging.

Third, I spent a lot of time getting comfortable with the size I should order. Amy at Untamed was so helpful and put my mind at ease. I am a standard size US 11. That’s what I ordered and the fit is spot on. Spot. On.

I could not be more pleased. I can hardly wait to wear these someplace special.

I've just bought 3 pairs. Exceptional quality and superb customer service. Untamed got me for life as a customer. The shoes are amazing, very strong build and durable, definitely Italian made and as fine and beautiful as any top expensive European brand. Ultra-fast free shipping !

Recently I bought a pair of YORK cognac welted chukka boots. They are everything the brand promises and even more. You can feel the craftsmanship & materials quality and their unique design stands out. The size (44) feels like wearing them for years, out of the box. Yes, they are not cheap, but this, not an ordinary e-commerce purchase, its an investment, like in a good watch. It took me a while to decide but it was worth the wait. I do hope they will serve me for years and I feel it's not my last purchase. Plus kudos to customer service and fast delivery.

I saw an ad for the Untamed Street Soho sneakers and I absolutely fell in love with them. But for $325, I was really very hesitant to drop that kind of coin right unseen.
I debated it for a long time but I finally pulled the trigger and wow, I'm so happy I did!
These are my favorite shoes that I've ever owned! The craftsmanship is extremely solid. The leather and the stitching is strong and of the highest quality. The sizing is spot on and they fit like a glove. I loved them so much that I wound up buying two more colors! So yes, I spent almost $1,000 on three pairs of shoes, but one of the best investments in footwear I've ever made. I feel fashionable and smart when I wear my Untamed Soho's!

I received my new pair of boots which looks amazing but had one broken little piece on the zipper which makes hard to open-close. Customer Support took immediate action and sent me a new pair. Feel totally confident to buy again!

I've now bought 4 pairs of shoes from Untamed Street, I love the quality, design and feel of the shoes when wearing them. The customer service is excellent, UT even made a pair of shoes for me in the colour I wanted and send me photos before finishing just to check I was happy with the shade! The shoes are expensive but you know what? they're worth it! Go get a pair now.....Gavin

I ordered a pair of York rich brown welted Derby shoes.
My delivery was delayed due to extra demand on DPD due to the postal strikes.
Customer services were excellent and re arranged for DHL to process my delivery.10/10 for Untamed Street customer service.
My new shoes arrived, and I have to say they are excellent for fit and finish, and so comfortable straight out of the box.
I would definitely buy from Untamed Street again.
Highly recommended.

I ordered one pair of "YORK imperialblack welted derby shoes." I was not convinced by the size and customer service agreed to send me a new pair to compare with the previous one. All at 0 cost and in a very short time.
I truly credit the Team for the great work they do!

I came across the Untamed Street ad on social media in October 2022 and immediately thought I had to get me a pair of those shoes. I ended up ordering 3 pairs before Christmas, the YORK, SLOANE and KNIGHTON chukka boots.
I am usually reluctant to order online, shoes especially, without trying them on, but the website does a wonderful job of presenting the shoes and helping with size choice, complemented by the excellent customer service center. Then there is also the free-of-charge return service to fall back to if anything is not as expected. The delivery is also very quick. On all 3 occasions I received the package within 2 days at my home in France!
Admittedly, Untamed Street are the most expensive shoes I have ever bought but they are worth every penny. Once you hold them in your hands and put them on, you know you can put no price on the quality, craftmanship and style that have gone into making these shoes.
I have the feeling I might not be stopping at 3 pairs, a prospect dreaded by my wife.

I received my high top sneakers and was disappointed. I did not feel they were worth the price and stated so in my honest review. Now I'm being hassled via email because my opinion isn't approved by an employee. Well guess what, it's my opinion on my purchase. The shoes look and feel cheap and I'm comparing them against similar purchases in my shoe collection. Now I have to deal with being hassled over my honest opinion. Bad experience and getting worse.

Perfect! Answered my email question right away. Boots were delivered the day after ordering and are gorgeous, fit beautifully and beyond my expectations. I’m a very happy bunny.

My brother had on the most amazing pair of sneakers I’d ever seen and I asked where he’d got it, intending to gift one to my husband for Christmas.
The shoes themselves are a work of art- carefully crafted and really lovely to look at. My brother swears they are comfortable (husband not yet worn as it’s a Christmas gift).
This review is to praise the excellent customer service from the team. Ordering was very easy and postage was quick. I made an error when ordering. I contacted the company to request their help: in this instance which I shan’t go into detail about, the fault was solely mine and they didn’t need to help. However, they went out of their way to assist me and proffered solutions to the issue. I was impressed by the shoes but blown away by the 5* customer service. Thank you! You’ve got a customer now.

Superior customer service. After purchasing 3 pairs of boots, I can say these boots are dynamite. I have Whites, Wescos....custom made boots. These are hands down, the nicest bang for your buck out there! Kudos!
